We take your privacy seriously!

We'd like you to know the following about how we handle your order and what we do and don't do afterwards.

1) Your Personal Information:

We require your name, address, email and telephone number ONLY to process your order.
We will only contact you (normally by email) if we find an error in your mailing information or we have a question about any information you provide. We obviously want to make sure we ship your order correctly and quickly.

2) Your Payment Information:

At no time do we have access to your personal payment information. This is handled directly by the bank. We receive notification of a completed transaction and that's all we see! Your payment is 100% secure.

3) Mailing:

Almost all customers request FREE First Class Mail as their shipping method. Your order is prepared within hours of us receiving it online and your package is hand prepared in a USPS envelope. The sender name and address is completely nondescript. The contents of the package are in no way obvious. These are the actual envelopes used.
         

4) Delivery:

Your USPS envelope is delivered like a regular piece of letter mail. It is left in your mailbox along with your regular mail. No signature is required and PO Boxes can be used. If you select Priority Mail or 1 Day Priority Mail Express, there is still no signature required and your item will be delivered along with your regular mail. Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express may have a cost which you will see at checkout. 

5) Follow Up:

We will never call you or send you anything by mail. Of course we'd like you to come back and order from us in the future but we respect your privacy 100%. For this reason, you will NOT get multiple communications from us following an order you may have placed. There are times when we have special discounts for previous customers, when this is the case we may send you an email informing you of the offer. We will NOT email you more than once in a 30 day period.

6) And Finally!

We NEVER, EVER sell, rent or trade ANY information with any third party whatsoever. We use your information simply to complete your order.
