We will reship the order completely free of charge. We first look into the matter to determine the cause, if we are responsible for damaging a package then we would reship the product.
16) What to do if my order gets lost?
If we are responsible for misplacing your order then we will reship your order again free of cost. But, if you are responsible for it by providing us an incorrect shipping address then we are not liable for the loss of package.

If you do not receive the order on time just contact us and we will track the order.
18) What will happen if I get another product than what I have ordered?
Contact our customer support staff and inform them about it. We will look into the matter and after investigation if we are at found fault, then we reship the order again at no charge to you.
19) What will happen if I get a product with expiry date already passed?
The chances of this happening are practically zero but, in such a case, we would reship the order again without charging anything.
E) Questions Regarding ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
20) How can I cancel my order?
We accept all cancellation requests only within hours of placing an order. We ship your order the same day, therefore, once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
21) Will I get my money back after cancellation?
If your order is cancelled within 2 hours of placing it we will refund the entire amount.
Funds will be credited to the same account from which it was deducted. You may think this is a very short time to cancel an order and so do we! The only reason your order cancel period is this short is because we take, process and ship your order during the first 2 hours it is received. We're that fast!
